Great underlay, cheapest i found. Beware this is very heavy stuff, so you will need help carrying into house. Get your husband to take the delivery

Bit disappointing, our local shop advised us to get this King underlay for underfloor heating, but then we also tried Thermal Stream underlay in the next room and its way softer underfoot than King underlay. It pays to do your research online, don’t listen to the shops.

Underlay is quite hard, didn’t give our carpets much comfort underfoot compared to the underlay we’ve used in other rooms. Quality was fine & delivery was very quick but i would look around for better underlays next time

Heavy and hard to fit, i probably wouldn’t use this again for UFH, seems an outdated material being rubber. British Flooring were excellent in delivering and it was delivered on time
